Biddurina BIG BEN
When Sheena goes to a remote village on an election duty, finds a place to lodge at his friends house. When his watch clocks out, he feels very difficult to determine the time as the village has no clocks at any of their houses. Finally he waits for the Gowda's Buffalo to shout as it usually does on every morning exactly at six, to find the time, in order to catch the only bus departing next morning from the village. His confusions during the night make the play humorous.
About the Director
Sathish is a NINASAM graduate, was an actor in the TIRUGATA. He has worked as an actor and advisor for the troupes 'Janadani', 'Geleyara Balaga' and 'Lokadharmi' from Mandya. 'Smashana Kurukshetra', 'Tippu Sultan', 'Mahanirvana', Chandragupta', 'Bhoota', 'Sejuvan Nagarada Sadvi', 'Dyavanuru', 'Kaladivya' are the plays so far acted. Plays Directed - 'Teregalu', 'Nanna Sutta', 'Mahanirvana', 'Sevanthi Prasanga', 'Buddha Mattu Bomb' so on..
About the troupe
Samashti theatre wing was established as a theatre association in the year of 2000 with a small group of amateur theatre artists to pursue their hobbies.

To excel in all aspects of theatre, with a view to reach new heights, on a self sustained basis.
Activity Guidelines
- Reach the mass without affecting the values of theatre.
- Give importance to the creative work.
- Give emphasis to all aspects of theatre in productions such as acting, set, music, properties; make up, costumes, lighting etc.
- Assume acting as a core subject.
- Conduct workshops to identify talents and to enrich the existing talents.
- Produce new or rarely touched plays.
